Orana Park

My trip to Orana Park was really fun because I get to see some native birds and some exotic animal.The first we did was to see the native birds and the first native bird I saw was a Whio.Whios are a blue duck and they have lips at the end of their beak.Whios dont quack but  instead they whistle.

The second bird I saw was Kakariki.Kakariki is a green bird and they also have red head.
The next bird I saw was the Tui.Tui has a white feather on their neck.That was all the native birds I saw.The next animal I saw was the Kiwis.The female Kiwi was bigger than the male Kiwi.Kiwis are mostly active in the dark.Next we went to the Reptile house and the Reptiles I saw was the Gecko.Gecko are lizards and most of them cant blink so instead they lick their eyes to keep it clean and moist.The next animal we saw was the African lions and in the next cage there was some Cheetah cubs.Then after that we went to see the Rhinoceros,zebras and the Buffalo then we feed the giraffes.It was fun feeding the giraffes but sadly we can only do it once.
