I think that popular sites should be banned because student tent to get off task and go on them. So we if they're blocked that means they have no other choice. Popular sites can also be inappropriate depending on what they are. Popular sites are sometimes age restricted and won't suit other viewers so it's best to block them. So if they see something inappropriate from that site they might copy it.

One day in a hot sunny day in Lonely Island there was a boy who was sick. His family is very poor so he wasn't cured straight. Then there was a light that shined in his room.
