My Holiday

My holiday was very fun because I went to a church/youth camp. We went right after school on Thursday but I didn't go to school on that day so I got to play games and prepare before camp. My dad was one of the camp parents so he came with everyone there. We left the house at 5:00 and arrived there at about 6:35.  When we arrived the whole camp ate dinner and after that we started our program.

The 2nd day was very good and when we woke up went straight to the hall to eat our breakfast. Then after breakfast we started a praise and worship program and right after it we had free time before the next activity. The next activity was playing a game. The was to hit the cups with a pair flip flops and run to the next bit which was going to the flying fox to get our strings to tie up our flags for my team. Then I had to run back with my buddy back to the starting place and solve a problem. My team was the first one to solve the problem and we ran up to the hill and tied our flag. My team won and we received 1000 points. The next activity was capture the flag. On this game my tram won one again and receive another 1000 points.

The 3rd day was the same routine but different activity. The activity was we had to tie a balloon on our right foot and the aim was to step on other team's balloon. My team lost but we came very close. The next game was with a water balloon. The referee had to put a curtain in the middle and we grab a water balloon and try and hit each other. We made it to the finals but my team lost and the team that we lost to was the team who won the previous games.

On the last day the same routine but no games since the camp host gave the awards. My team came 3rd and that was very unexpected. After that we packed up then we went home.
