Filtering Water

The first thing we used to filter were pebbles. The pebbles made the water slightly clearer. Under it was sand with filter paper so the sand won't go through. The sand helped it but not by much. Then we took the filtered water and took it to the next stage. The next stage we had charcoal and under it a piece of filter paper. The charcoal made it better but it still wasn't that clear. It was still a little bit dark. Then it went to the filer paper. The filter paper had very little effect. It still wasn't really clear unlike a drinking water. We then boiled it. I didn't drink the water because it wasn't really clear but one of my mates did.
